Brown and Data Science at Dana-Farber Partner for a “Zoomposium” on Covering COVID-19

On April 2nd at 2pm, the Brown Institute is offering a “Zoomposium” on COVID-19 Reporting. This event is in collaboration with the Data Science Department of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Join a distinguished panel as they discuss the kinds of models used to predict the course of the virus, issues with testing and recent testing innovations, the process of developing and evaluating a vaccine, and new projects to help fill in data gaps about the pandemic.
