Noah Schechter is an undergraduate at Stanford studying international relations. He is building Atlos, an open source platform for visual investigations. Atlos currently powers Bellingcat’s sprawling investigation into civilian harm in Ukraine. Noah has previously investigated disinformation operations at the Stanford Internet Observatory and researched local government operations at CivicPulse.
